Because it is responsible for the deaths of approximately 6 million people each year, smoking one most significant challenges confronting world health. More than 5 individuals lost their lives as a direct result cigarettes, and another 600 thousand being exposed to cigarette smoke. It possible pregnant women give birth stillborn babies, malnutrition, disrupt metabolism fetal growth, have weak fetuses, disorders nervous system if they are this, purpose this study determine how react presence smoke in homes that produced by other people. Quantitative research method investigation was utilized study. The also took cross-sectional approach an analytic design. findings demonstrated attitudes value systems towards people's home environment dominant element establishment active smokers' awareness not environment.
